The message was beamed via radio waves into space at a ceremony to mark the remodeling of the Arecibo radio telescope on 16 November 1974. Wow! Hillary Clinton Mentions Puerto Rico
Hillary expressed her gratitude to every one who voted for her including Puerto Rico. I think it's the first time, I've heard 'Puerto Rico' mentioned at prime time on CNN. Does it mean that americans are willing to accept us as equals? Well, what do you think? hmmm...I still don't understand why she wasn't selected as Obama's VP. Superb speech.
