Rums of Puerto Rico Pairing Dinner
Puerto Rico is the Rum Capital of the World. Rums of Puerto Rico invites you to a very special dinner. Local and International Chefs have hand-crafted a five course rum inspired menu to pair perfectly with some of the finest sipping rums. A Rummelier will be available to discuss the unique nuances of these incredible rums as well as give a brief review of the colorful history of rums. Intimate performance by select musicians of the Puerto Rico Philharmonic Orchestra. Join us for this fabulous dinner and don’t miss the after glow! Space is limited.

Taste is the main course at the Tasting Pavilion from
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM offering a showcase of Puerto Rico’s finest restaurants. Food and wine “apassionados” will also have access to a plethora of wines, beers and spirits. Your pass will also allow you to attend cooking demonstrations hosted by culinary personalities and beverage seminars. Experience the best in Caribbean traditions and world wide flavors. The Petit Chef staff will share their love of cooking with kids and demonstrate the preparation of some simple meals and snacks. Other activities will be available.
Children under 5 years of age not recommended and children under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over).
