10. JAIL. Jail as we understand it is by no means a rehabilitation center.  Studies have shown that a person that stays in jail for more than six months is 30+% more prone to be a reoffender than one that pays a fine is shown the way out. ( Minor offenses)

09. SCHOOL.  Of course we need to learn to sum and substract  in order to be a great shopper but home schooling students tend to score higher in standard test on all subjects. Hummm.

08. DRUGS ARE BAD THEREFORE ILLEGAL.  Yes, some drugs are evil but so are alcohol and tobacco.  Moralists are willing to assemble greatly organized protests all around when someone talk about legalizing marihuana or other drugs but I don't see them taking action against marlboro and budweiser. The truth is that more studies are needed to understand de side effects of marihuana use but no more tests are needed to know the extent of the moribund toxicity related to cigarettes and whiskey.

07. GASOLINE. We know is bad to mother earth but we need to go to work. Right!.  Hey do you know that there are thousand of other energy alternatives much less damaging than gas (for example the mfkin SUN) but what will happen to Good'Old Texas or Iraq for that matter.
